Tires/Rims - more capable and stiffer, but hopefully balanced for fun and progress. H2 standard unchanged, all others with custom friction.
Engine - Stock - default (6.2T)
Gearbox- Custom 6 speed (added) - default "cross country"
Suspension - customized high "you need only one"
AWD/Difflock always on
Stock addons
edited center of mass and added some weight, changed handling. Feels heavier now - not as flimsy as vanilla.

Tire stats: Asphalt / Body / Mud
TO1: 2.6 / 2.6 / 5.4 (was "heavy", now "medium") - deep snow and deep mud -> if you suffer at mudholes or go deep snow diving
AT: 2.8 / 2.8 / 3.0 good allround -now medium (less bouncy) -> brings you everywhere
ATwChains: 2.0 / 2.6 / 4.4 (snow tested) -now medium (less bouncy) -> if you see ice roads, this is your tire.
soft Muddies: 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.0
Hummer standard: onroad/light offroad preferred (not edited)

Yes, slightly OP and a bit too fast. But: That will be a reason to a) start a recovery mission to rescue the broken-suspension damaged engine scout and b) if its laying around belly up and no tree close...

Yes, not a lot of customizing enabled. A buy-and-go-scouting Scout. Just get chains or service addon and select your color - start!
I got fond of getting stuck too often (Yukon, Wisconsin and mod-maps) and looked after a loadstar-tatarin-yar-mix with trailer capability.
