How are ratings calculated?
Ratings are calculated using Evan Miller's method (based on a Wilson score confidence interval) that is self-correcting. This means that the % of positive ratings & number of ratings decide a mods position on the top charts. The benefit of this approach is a mod with 2 positive ratings will not outrank one with 10 positive ratings but 2 negative. Nor will a mod with tons of rankings outrank everything unless most of the ratings are positive.
Rating levels
Ratings range from overwhelmingly positive to overwhelmingly negative. The color changes depending where on the scale the mod fits.

Ask Poghrim, he figured out how to bind the light to the beacon controls on his atlas crane.

can you make this work again the lights seem to have stopped working iv not used it in a while but have gon back to useing it instead of skipping time

should be as simple as changing your <reversesignal> code to <ignition _template="Flasher"> to bind it to beacons.

I actually did try it after writing this comment and it didn't work because it didn't make the 'Turn on Beacons' menu item available. I need to look into it some more but I've been busy with other projects. There should be a way to get it to work but I'm just not sure yet.
I have managed to link lights to the beacons before but only on attachments that already had beacons built into them from the base game. There might be another line of the code somewhere to make the menu item available but its kind of all experimentation and learning how things work the hard way

Subscribe should work. If you want to manually install it, find the crane_loglift in the initial.pak and replace it with the one found in the downloaded zip

Id love crane lights on all the cranes would make night time operations much easier

it should i dont see why it wouldn't, but knowing the devs they probably say no

consoles arent like PC like for fallout 4 xbox and PS4 cant run with F4SE so its kinda the same thing anything that messes with script proably wont get added

yeah, i gotcha, but if the devs do say yes, than he might have to add console .pak files If so than that's great.
